COVID-19 Update

We pride ourselves on a fast, efficient and safe delivery service to our valued customers. Due to COVID-19, you may experience a delay with your shipment, but rest assured all purchased items will be dispatched within 1 business day.

Simply pick a flavour and size, go to checkout and your drinks will be with you within 1-3 days and delivered by our courier.  If you need it by a certain day, please comment in the "note box" and we will do our best to get to you on that day, *but this is not guaranteed* So pre-ordering earlier will be better an option. 

All public holiday orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once you’ve ordered, we’ll send you, your confirmation by email alongside your tracking number and you'll be able to track and trace it aswell!

DELAYS

Darkside Rum Punch cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or for failed delivery, though we will do everything we can to help with any missing deliveries. If your order has not arrived on the day expected and you have received your shipping confirmation, your order is on its way and can be tracked please contact the carrier or our Customer Experience Team at 'darksiderumpunch@gmail.com'

Our service is simple, we create a range of fresh and delicious Darkside Rum Punches and deliver it to you at your convenience. With some ice, it’s easier than ever to drink! We recommend leaving it your fridge for at least 24 hours prior to drinking for the ultimate taste!
